Did you know? For strata subdivisions (ie, units) having a Body Corporate structure is not an option – the Body Corporate is formed automatically as soon as your Survey Plan registers. It is the Body Corporate entity which owns the buildings in most cases and that means building insurance policies must be in the name of the Body Corporate – not the individual owners.
